- Experienced Teachers please Apply!
The School
The school believes that each individual should be able to have access to the support and resources they need to achieve their full potential whether this is academically or socially, to name but a few. From a young age children are taught that they are responsible for their own behaviour and encouraged to develop confidence and a sense of moral responsibility. Additionally one of the core principles of the school is establishing a secure link between parents and their children’s learning. It is believed that this is key in order to adequately support a child in their learning; providing the right support in accordance to their abilities. The school currently has been graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted and are actively seeking to build the right team in their efforts to gain an ‘Outstanding’ graded reference by Ofsted.
The Candidate
The right candidate will be an experienced Teacher who has taught KS2 within the past couple of years. Furthermore, the school are looking for a teacher who is able to fully commit to both the school and the class as they are a high achieving class that needs to be challenged and motivated. Within the class are a few children who have severe SEN needs so the class teacher will have to be someone who has had experience working with SEN children but is also able to identify and guide the teaching assistant on what areas they will need more support with. Combined with these competencies, the school is especially interested in individuals who are able to show that they are: enthusiastic about teaching, have a contagious positive attitude and the ability to plan and prepare engaging lessons.
