Teaching Personnel are currently looking for Teaching Assistants to work within SEN Schools in Lincoln. If you are a support worker, or have previously supported children, students or vulnerable adults with Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties, Autism and Physical Disabilities, please get in touch with us.

We have found that people with this experience have been a huge success within our schools and become high quality Teaching Assistants.  We are looking for people who are proactive and can work on their own initiative within a busy, ever-changing environment. To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of SEN, in particular SLD/PMLD/MLD.

A Moving and Handling and /or Team Teach qualification or other Intervention training would be an advantage but not essential. Training can be provided for those wanting to gain more experience.
