SEN Art Teacher

We are currently searching for a fully qualified Art Teacher, with experience of working in an SEN environment, to work in one of our PRU's based in Wiltshire.
The role will require the successful candidate to teach in small groups, being supported by a Teaching Assistant, where you will be teaching Art to variety of learning abilities.
We are looking for someone who:
- has experience of Teaching in small groups
- is resilient to challenging behaviour
- has a passion for supporting students academically and emotionally
- has experience working in an SEN environment
The SEMH provision offers learning opportunities for students aged from 11 to 16 based all over Dorset who find themselves outside mainstream education either on a permanent or temporary basis. The aim for most students is a return to a mainstream school in the near future and aims to keep all its students engaged in core subject areas.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
