Location: Wakefield, Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield & surrounding areas
Daily Rate: £90–£105/day
Contract: Full-time (term-time only) | Long-term & temp-to-perm roles available

We’re actively recruiting for individuals who want to step into the classroom and support pupils aged 7–16 who face a range of challenges, including:

• Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)

• Behavioural difficulties / exclusion from mainstream schools

• Autism, ADHD and other neurodiverse conditions

• Trauma, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), or attachment issues

️ What the role involves:

• Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups to re-engage with learning

• Acting as a positive role model and helping to manage behaviour in a calm, consistent way

• Helping pupils build confidence, regulate emotions and develop resilience

• Working with teachers and pastoral staff to create a safe, structured environment

• Supporting practical learning, sport, or vocational sessions (ideal for hands-on individuals)
