Do you want to positively impact the lives of children and young adults?
Teaching Personnel are currently seeking individuals to work in a support Youth Worker role in Winchester with individuals in complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The SEMH provision is seeking to expand their staff, and requires new Support workers to assist their growing pupil base with their educational and personal development.
Ideal applicants will have experience working in this environment, which can be gained both personally and professionally. This experience will enable successful applicants to apply their transferable skills to assist with the positive development of pupils personally and academically. Additional knowledge of the following can be useful:
- Criminology
- Psychology
- Youth Offending
This work can both be on both a full and part time basis, which flexible hours generally operating between 8.30am and 3.30pm. This enabling the earning potential of up to £300 per week (£54.00 - £65.00 per day dependent on experience and qualifications).
This vacancy does have the potential to move forward and become a permanent position, if successful applicants are suitable to the school environment.
