Teaching Assistant – SEMH School (West Molesey)

Full-time | Monday–Friday | Start ASAP

We’re looking for a caring and resilient Teaching Assistant to join our specialist SEMH school in West Molesey. Our pupils have experienced trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and have complex learning and emotional needs.

You’ll work closely with teachers to support learning, emotional regulation, and wellbeing in a safe, nurturing environment.

Requirements:

• Understanding of trauma-informed practice and SEMH needs

• Strong safeguarding knowledge

• Empathy, patience, and teamwork skills

• Some experience helpful but not essential
