Teaching Personnel are working with a Primary School in Buckinghamshire who are currently looking to recruit an SEMH teacher to start in September 2018. The position is initially temporary, for the first term September - December 2018; however there could be the opportunity for permanent for the right candidate.
The school provide pupils with the appropriate support and intervention to integrate them back into mainstream wherever possible. The role will involve supporting the holistic development of pupils with SEMH and assuring that the appropriate support mechanisms are implemented so that pupils can achieve their optimal potential. Due to the specific needs of the pupils the teacher should be experienced in dealing with pupils who display signs of challenging behaviour.
The ideal teacher will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Extensive experience of working with pupils with SEMH
- Team-Teach training (can be provided)
- Experience working with pupils with challenging behaviour

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
