  • Support pupils in regulating their emotions and developing positive behaviour strategies.

  • Contribute to the planning and adaptation of learning materials to suit individual needs.

  • Assist with transition support, reintegration into mainstream lessons, or external placements as required.

  • Is nurturing, approachable, and patient, with a genuine commitment to pupil well-being.

  • Builds effective, respectful relationships with students, families, staff and external professionals.

  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Has a solid standard of literacy and numeracy, ideally with qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2 or above.

Why Join This School?

  • Be part of a specialist provision committed to inclusive, personalised education.

  • Work in a school that values teamwork, compassion, and professional growth.

  • Access high-quality training and development to support your career journey.
