SEMH Learning Mentor

Are you passionate about empowering young people to achieve their full potential? A specialist secondary SEMH school in Bramley is seeking committed Learning Mentors to join its supportive, forward-thinking team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and build positive relationships within a nurturing environment. No two days are the same—expect challenge, growth and the chance to make a genuine difference.

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Bring a caring, patient and resilient approach

• Have experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)

• Are passionate about supporting learners with additional needs
