  • QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
  • Ability to lead, inspire and motivate young adults to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm & dedication
  • Working knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Good classroom management skills
  • Child DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
