Salary: £90 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: Ongoing – Immediate starts available

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support our partner secondary schools in Twickenham and the surrounding areas.

No previous experience is necessary — just a genuine passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential.

The Role:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and engaging students

• Assist with classroom management to maintain a positive learning environment

• Help individual or small groups of pupils with their learning needs

• Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines

• Provide essential support to ensure continuity of learning and smooth school operations

• Enthusiastic and motivated to work with young people

• Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to a variety of school environments

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Willing to learn and develop new skills on the job

• Child workforce Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
