We have exciting opportunities for qualified Secondary Supply Teachers to work across secondary schools in Dayrell Road, Camp Hill, Northampton, and the surrounding areas.

Your role will involve delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. You will work collaboratively with teaching and support staff while following all school behaviour management and safeguarding procedures.
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the UK National Curriculum
- Inspiring students to develop strong subject knowledge, confidence, and critical thinking skills
- Assessing, monitoring, and recording pupil progress where required
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, and the wider school community
- Following all safeguarding and school procedures
We are looking for candidates who:
- Hold a degree in a relevant subject (essential)
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification (preferred)
- Have experience teaching within secondary mainstream schools across KS3 and KS4
- Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Have a passion for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons
- Possess strong communication and organisational skills
- Are adaptable, reliable, and confident working across different school settings
- Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
