SEN KS3 Maths Teacher – Inspire Young Minds in Salisbury

Location: Salisbury
Salary: £32,916 – £42,057 per annum
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: January 2026

As a KS3 SEN Maths Teacher, you’ll deliver engaging and accessible Maths lessons to students in Years 7–9 with diverse needs, including Autism (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and other learning difficulties.

You’ll work in a supportive environment alongside experienced teaching assistants and senior leaders, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and ready to learn. What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / PGCE
  • Strong background in Maths teaching and curriculum planning
  • Experience in SEN(D) education
  • Resilience, creativity, and a passion for helping every learner succeed
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to implement positive behaviour strategies and de-escalate challenging situations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
