SECONDARY SEN SUPPORT STAFF — ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A NEW ROLE THIS SEPTEMBER?
Are you patient, resilient and passionate about supporting young people with additional needs?
We are working with fantastic secondary SEN specialist schools across Aylesbury that are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Support Staff to join their teams from September!
We are looking for educators who:
✅ Have previous experience working with children, young people or adults with SEN/SEND
✅ Are available 5 days per week
✅ Are confident supporting secondary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs
✅ Can provide 1:1, small-group and classroom support
✅ Are confident supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, communication needs and/or challenging behaviour
✅ Are patient, adaptable and able to build positive, trusting relationships
✅ Can support pupils with their learning, behaviour, emotional wellbeing and independence
✅ Are happy and willing to support with personal care where required
✅ Are open to long-term and/or permanent opportunities
✅ Are passionate about helping every young person reach their full potential
Whether you are an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Behaviour Mentor or SEN Support Worker, we would love to hear from you! We also welcome applicants with relevant experience in care, youth work, support work, mental health support or similar settings. ✨

Start date: September
Availability: Full-time, 5 days per week

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
