Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Support Staff to work across secondary schools in Bradford on a supply basis.

✨ Cover Supervisors
✨ Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)

Role Responsibilities:

Cover Supervisor:

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher ✏️

• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment

• Manage behaviour in line with school policies

• Support pupils with their learning and engagement

Learning Support Assistant (LSA):

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils

• Support students with additional learning needs

• Assist teachers within the classroom

• Encourage inclusion, confidence and wellbeing

✅ We’re Looking For:

✔️ Experience working in a secondary school setting (preferred)
✔️ A positive, flexible and proactive attitude
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills ️
✔️ A genuine passion for supporting young people ❤️
✔️ An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
