Are you a Newly Qualified Seconday Teacher looking for a new role? If you are, we may have the ideal position for you!

Teaching Personnel are looking to speak to any Newly Qualified Secondary Teachers who will be looking for long-term/permanent posts from September onwards (or before, if schools open!).

We will be able to offer full or part-time posts in a number of different schools, where we should be able to pay you to scale from the first day, with a number of our partnership schools already agreeing to assist with NQT inductions. In recent years, many NQT's have been taken on permanent contracts by our partnership schools. Therefore, this a way in which you will have a temporary period in a school initially, to judge if it's the right place for you. If it is, you will have the opportunity to be taken onto the school's contract on a permanent basis!

We will offer ongoing support and assistance from the starting point of your registration and at all points of your employment. We are also able to offer online and classroom-based CPD and safeguarding training. Through our Diocese partnership we are able to offer classroom based monthly CPD events at two 'Outstanding' Diocese Secondary Schools. taught by in-school SLT.

Criteria:

  • Must have recently completed PGCE, or still have NQT Terms to complete (even if recently ended early)
  • Must be able to confidently deliver to KS3 - KS5 pupils with experience in Secondary Schools
  • Must possess a DBS on the Update service/be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS (Child Workforce Only)
  • Will require two teaching references
