We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative Teacher of English to join our successful Department and wider School team. Located in an attractive area of West Sussex close to the coast, and commutable by road and rail. Our School is a vibrant, dynamic community of Staff and Students who work collaboratively towards exceptional educational outcomes. Our School boasts state-of-the-art facilities, and the Academy Trust pays it's Staff above the national average.

We are also a school with significant strength in the CPD of staff, developing our Teachers and Support Staff for the next stage of their careers. Working closely with other academies in the Trust family, Schools and Departments frequently share best practice. Graded as 'Good' by Ofsted, we are on an exciting journey to 'Outstanding' in the coming years.The successful Candidate will be joining us at an exciting time for both the Academy and the Trust as a whole, with huge opportunity for growth with the Department and across the School.

To apply, you must have Qualified Teacher Status in the UK, or an equivalent overseas qualification with UK teaching experience. Applications from Newly Qualified Teachers are encouraged and an excellent NQT package would be available if appropriate. The post would be suitable for newly qualified teachers (NQTs) and teachers on the main pay range.
