About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Secondary Cover Supervisor to support A school environment by covering a variety of classes across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This role requires someone who is confident in delivering lessons based on provided plans and can effectively manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support students across a range of subjects and year groups (KS3 & KS4)
- Follow detailed lesson plans with confidence and clarity
- Manage classroom behaviour according to established behaviour plans
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and senior leaders to provide a consistent learning environment
- Provide additional support and guidance where necessary to maintain engagement and discipline
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong adaptability to work across different subjects and classes
- Confidence in following and delivering lesson plans
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour with professionalism and patience
- A proactive and supportive approach to working within a team
- Previous experience in a supervisory or educational role is an advantage, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
