Job Title: Secondary Cover Supervisors – Pembrokeshire
Location: Pembrokeshire, Wales
Contract Type: Supply/Agency (Flexible, Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities)
Salary: £85 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you looking for flexible work in education? Do you have a passion for working with young people? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Secondary Cover Supervisors to work on a supply basis across secondary schools in the Pembrokeshire area.
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that pre-set work is completed and behaviour is managed in line with school policies. This is a vital role in supporting schools and ensuring continuity in students' education.
Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons and provide supervision for classes across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively.

Record student attendance and provide feedback to teaching staff.

Support the learning and progress of all pupils during cover lessons.
The Ideal Candidate:

Confident, proactive, and adaptable individuals who enjoy working with young people.

Previous experience working in an educational setting or with young people is desirable but not essential.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle, as travel between schools may be required.
