Science Teacher

Here at Teaching Personnel I am currently looking to recruit a strong and experienced Science Teacher to complete a long-term role starting in January 2020. This role is based at a 'Good' rated 11-18 secondary school in the Pontefract area. The role is to run until Easter 2020 with the potential to carry on until July 2020. The school are looking for a strong and dedicated individual who has experience of teaching GCSE 9-1 Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

• A flexible individual who is able to plan and mark effectively within the department
• Someone who wants to become an integral member of the department
• The availability to attend CPD and Parents evening events

The school have a very strong supportive ethos running throughout school where you will receive the full resources and expectations of a fully fledged member of staff. The Headteacher prides them on making sure every pupil has the opportunity to achieve making sure no one is left behind. The Science department in this secondary school maintain a very professional outfit and constantly praised for their results year on year.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
