The Role
As a Science Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Encourage students to develop a deep understanding of scientific concepts and practical skills.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring every student makes progress.
- Assess and monitor student performance, providing clear and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to curriculum development and participate in department initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate
- A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS/PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience teaching Science at secondary level, with strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- A proactive approach to professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
