The Role

As a Science Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Encourage students to develop a deep understanding of scientific concepts and practical skills.
• Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring every student makes progress.
• Assess and monitor student performance, providing clear and constructive feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum development and participate in department initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS/PGCE or equivalent).
• Experience teaching Science at secondary level, with strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• A proactive approach to professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
