Science Teacher – Wallasey – September Start
Location: Wallasey, Merseyside
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term (potential for permanent placement)
Salary: £30,000 – £46,525 per annum (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and fully qualified Science Teacher to join a Good-rated secondary school in Wallasey for the new academic year starting in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and well-resourced Science department in a forward-thinking school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in Science across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback
- Contribute to departmental planning and school-wide initiatives
- Uphold the school's ethos and high expectations of behaviour and achievement
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
- Experience teaching Science at KS3, KS4, and KS5 – Essential
- Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
- Ability to deliver high-quality lessons and inspire students
- Excellent classroom management skills
