Contract: Full-time or Part-time (flexible for the right candidate)
This welcoming and well-regarded secondary school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join their successful department for March 2026. The role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), with strong support and professional development available.
The Role:
-
Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
-
Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
-
Assessing and tracking pupil progress in line with curriculum expectations
-
Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
-
Working collaboratively within a supportive Science department
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Has strong subject knowledge in Science
-
Is passionate about teaching and inspiring young people
-
Demonstrates good classroom and behaviour management skills
-
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
