Science Teacher – SEMH Specialist School (Rugby)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience) + SEN allowance
A rewarding opportunity has become available for a committed Science Teacher to join an independent SEMH school in Rugby, supporting children aged 6–19 with complex needs.
About the Role:
You’ll deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, using a flexible approach to adapt to diverse learning needs. This is a chance to inspire young people who may have had disrupted education and help them rediscover a love of learning.
About You:

QTS desirable but not essential
-
Confident delivering Science up to GCSE
-
Experience with SEMH or SEND students preferred
-
Strong behaviour management and nurturing ethos

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
