Job description

An ambitious and forward-thinking secondary school in Ringwood is seeking a dedicated and qualified Science Teacher to join their dynamic department from September 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to delivering high-quality science teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will join a well-established team with a collaborative approach to planning, assessment, and curriculum development. The department prides itself on creating a stimulating learning environment where students are encouraged to explore, question, and develop a genuine curiosity about the world around them.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold QTS and have experience teaching Science at secondary level

  • Have a strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry or Physics (any specialism considered)

  • Be enthusiastic about encouraging all students to achieve their full potential

  • Demonstrate creativity and innovation in their teaching practice

  • Work well as part of a supportive and committed team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
