Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a successful and welcoming secondary school in Poole, seeking a passionate and skilled Science Teacher to join their team from September 2025.
This is a full-time, temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role:

Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, adapting lessons to suit a range of abilities.

Plan and deliver engaging, practical, and inspiring lessons.

Support students in achieving academic success and developing scientific curiosity.

Contribute to departmental planning and school-wide initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate:

Holds QTS or is on the path to gaining it.
-
Has a strong command of the secondary science curriculum.
-
Is enthusiastic, innovative, and committed to student progress.
-
Works well within a team and builds positive relationships with students and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
