Teaching Personnel's Permanent Workforce Resource Team are working with an award-winning private school in southwest London who are seeking to appoint a full-time permanent head of science who is available to join their team from January 2024 or sooner.

**Full-time, permanent head of science required

**Pay in line with leadership pay scale (L1+) + £2,000 loyalty bonus

The school are also looking for a science teacher of any experience (ECT’s welcome) level to start from January or sooner. The school have an excellent CPD programme which will aid in furthering aspiring teachers careers.

Working as part of a team is vital and you should be able to work constructively within a cohesive and busy school where the children are genuinely at the heart of everything we do, and everybody goes the extra mile.  It is essential you enjoy working with young people, and you will need to be comfortable working with neurodiverse students and have that strong commitment to differentiation (both support and stretch) within the small class size.”
