DO YOU HAVE QTS AND SPECIALISE IN TEACHING SCIENCE?
A mainstream secondary school in the beautiful town of Leamington Spa are seeking a qualified Science teacher on a full time position. The school prides itself on its "team spirit" and "togetherness" and are keen on supporting new teachers to slot into their team seamlessly.
Hours: Full Time (Term-time only Mon- Fri; 8:30-15:15)
Rate of Pay: To Scale
Location: CV32
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner)
If you have:
- a qualified teacher status or equivalent qualification
- confident behaviour management techniques
- strong subject knowledge and knowledge of the UK national curriculum for Science(s)
- a strong teamwork ethic and excellent communication skills
- relevant and recent experience teaching science within a UK secondary school

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- planning and delivering engaging science lessons to a range of year groups and abilities
- regularly assessing pupil progress and providing them with timely and informative feedback
- collaborating with colleagues within the science department
- safeguarding all pupils and staff at all times, ensuring health, safety and welfare of everyone within the school is a priority

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
