Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a Science teacher for a client Secondary School in Colchester, Essex. The role will be for a September start and the school are looking for someone to teach on a full time basis. If successful, you will be required to teach General Science, Biology, Chemistry and Physics up to KS5, assisting students with their learning journeys. This school are highly focused on becoming an Outstanding school. They were rated with Outstanding and Good aspects within their last inspection, including an Outstanding rating on pupil's personal development. This comes from the schools self-directed learning approach, preparing students for progress in life outside of school.
Essential
- Prospective candidates should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Ability to teach Science to Key Stage 5
- Have a DBS and ensure it is on the update service (Or willing to apply for one)
- Experience within a similar environment is essential
