Role: Science Teacher
Location: Darlington
Start date: 8th January 2023 or ASAP
Teaching Personnel are currently looking to recruit a Teacher of Science to join one of our client secondary schools in the Darlington area. The post will begin after the Christmas break, or as soon as possible, with the possibility of going permanent if the right fit.
The 11-16 Academy, based in Darlington, offers a welcoming and supportive teaching and learning environment, with a focus on creating a culture of success and a positive climate for learning.
About this role:
- Full-time Science Teacher
- Post starting 8th January or ASAP
- 11-16 secondary school located in Darlington
- Pay in line with MPS/UPS
- Teaching a full Science timetable across Key Stage 3 and 4
Candidate requirements:
- Must hold QTS in the UK
- Must be able to confidently deliver Science to Key Stage 3 and 4
- Must possess a DBS on the update service/be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS (Child Workforce Only)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
