Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher seeking a new opportunity in a school known for its excellence in education? Look no further!

Teaching Personnel work in partnership with an Ofsted rated "outstanding' catholic secondary school for 11–18-year-olds, located in Bognor Regis.  The school are seeking a full time Science teacher to Join the department from January 2024, until February half term initially, with the opportunity to secure a longer term or permanent position.  Ideally the appointed educator will specialise in Biology, but this is not essential. Full planning and marking will be required for this role.

The school welcome applications from ECT’s or newly qualified teacher of science, as well as more experienced teachers.

Ideally you will:

  • Be passionate about teaching and excited by learning, with high aspiration for yourself and all students.
  • Have the capacity to deliver engaging and challenging lessons that make effective use of meta-cognition and data tracking to enable students to make high levels of progress.
  • Have excellent subject knowledge and the ability to communicate this effectively using a range of strategies to motivate and support student progress.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
