Are you an enthusiastic and committed Maths teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities? We are seeking a talented educator to provide day-to-day supply cover in a range of dynamic secondary schools in Poole, teaching Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a fantastic chance to gain varied experience without the additional responsibilities of planning and marking.

Role Overview:
As a supply Maths teacher, you will step into the classroom to deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain engaged in their learning. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment, providing support to students, and adapting to their needs across different schools and settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.

• Manage classroom behavior and ensure students stay focused on their work.

• Support students in their learning and adapt to various school environments.

• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth transition during the cover period.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

• Experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting.

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.

• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a variety of school settings.

• A passion for Maths and the ability to inspire students to succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
