Science Graduate Teaching Assistant - Secondary school - North Sheffield

Are you a recent Science graduate looking for the opportunity to begin your teaching career, with the opportunity of progressing into teacher training?

Do you feel you have strong subject knowledge and the ability to enthuse secondary school students in Science?

Would you like the opportunity to work inside an experienced and supportive Science department as a Science graduate teaching assistant?

This Secondary School in the North of Sheffield is looking to hire a recent Science graduate with a passion for the core subject, and a willingness to begin their teaching career inside a college that puts their students' academic progress first?

Science Graduate Teaching Assistant

  • Graduates with 2:1 or above in Science
  • Ideal preparation before progressing into teacher training
  • Ability to work alongside experienced and supportive staff department
  • Gain knowledge of classroom techniques and methods
  • Communicate in 1:1 and group sessions
  • Supportive senior leadership team
  • Fantastic public transport links
  • Paid £300-£325 per week, term time only

This Secondary School based in the North of Sheffield offers fantastic transport links and a number of unique facilities inside the science department, including purpose built laboratories for the students to achieve the best possible grades.
