School Office Administrator – Wolverhampton
Location: Wolverhampton
Contract: Temporary (with potential for long term)
Hours: Full-time, term time only
Start Date: Immediate
Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for your next role? We are working with a welcoming school in Wolverhampton who are seeking an Office Administrator with SIMS experience to join their team.
✅ The Role:

Managing the school office and providing administrative support to staff and leadership.
-
Using SIMS daily to input data, manage attendance, and maintain accurate pupil records.
-
Handling calls, emails, and front-of-house queries from parents, staff, and visitors.
-
Supporting with admissions, reporting, and general school admin tasks.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
-
Previous experience in a school office environment.
-
Proficiency in SIMS (essential).
-
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
-
A professional and friendly manner with excellent communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
