School Office Administrator – Wolverhampton

Contract: Temporary (with potential for long term)
Hours: Full-time, term time only

Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for your next role? We are working with a welcoming school in Wolverhampton who are seeking an Office Administrator with SIMS experience to join their team.

✅ The Role:

• Managing the school office and providing administrative support to staff and leadership.

• Using SIMS daily to input data, manage attendance, and maintain accurate pupil records.

• Handling calls, emails, and front-of-house queries from parents, staff, and visitors.

• Supporting with admissions, reporting, and general school admin tasks.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in a school office environment.

• Proficiency in SIMS (essential).

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

• A professional and friendly manner with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
