Lunchtime Controller Needed – Primary School, Windsor
Location: Windsor
Hours: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday, Term Time Only)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate
Contract: Part-time | Ongoing | Immediate Start
Are you caring, reliable, and enjoy working with children? We are currently recruiting a Lunchtime Controller on behalf of a lovely primary school in Windsor.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a school environment, support children’s wellbeing, and help create a safe, friendly, and fun lunchtime experience.
Role Responsibilities:

Supervise children during lunch in the dining hall and on the playground

Encourage good table manners and positive behaviour
-
Support safe play and help resolve minor disputes

Ensure the wellbeing, safety, and inclusion of all pupils
-
Work as part of a team with other lunchtime staff and teaching staff
✅ Ideal Candidate:
-
Experience working with children (school, nursery, community, or voluntary)
-
Friendly, patient, and proactive attitude
-
Able to manage groups of children calmly and fairly
-
Reliable and punctual
-
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply through us)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
