School Cleaner – Chorley
£14 per hour | 16 hours per week | Temp to Perm

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team at a welcoming school in Chorley. This is a temporary to permanent position, offering a great opportunity for long-term, stable employment.

Role Details:

  • Location: Chorley.
  • Hours: 16 hours per week.
  • Schedule: Primarily early mornings, Monday to Friday.
  • Pay Rate: £14 per hour.
  • Contract: Temp to perm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal areas.
  • Emptying bins and disposing of rubbish.
  • Ensuring all areas are kept clean, safe and hygienic.
  • Following health and safety procedures and safeguarding policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience (preferably in a school or similar environment).
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Reliability and good timekeeping.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
