Salary: £39,862 - £41,771 per annum
Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Contract type: Full time permanent – 52 weeks

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced School Business Manager to oversee the strategic and operational management of our school’s business functions. This includes finance, HR, administration, compliance, and health and safety.
As an independent school, ensuring compliance with the Independent School Standards is essential—particularly in relation to health and safety. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the leadership team so that our focus remains on providing outstanding education and care.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous School Business Management experience is essential.
- Experience of Independent School Inspection standards is desirable.
- Organised, proactive and passionate about supporting a school that makes a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
