Teaching personnel are working closely with a Manchester based Primary school in Wythenshawe, M22. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant (TA) to help support one of their year 6 classes in the run up the SATs exams that are right around the corner.

This 2 form entry school that achieved the "outstanding" rating on their most recent OFSTED report is looking to continue this momentum for the rest of the academic year and build on it for the next academic year. The school is efficiently run from top to bottom and has excelled recently under the new senior team after the recent appointments of a new Head Teacher and Deputy Head Teacher.

The role is a temporary role that could turn permanent for the next academic year should the school consider the candidate and the school a correct fit for each other. The role will involve working with pupils in small groups of around 6/7 pupils at a time and will vary from lower achieving to higher achieving. The school is looking to boost the results of the lower achieving whilst still maintaining the current high standards of the higher achieving pupils.
