Resource Base teacher
Job description
At Teaching Personnel, we are working closely with a vibrant and innovative local Multi-Academy Trust to recruit a dedicated Resource Base Teacher for a full-time position at a local school in the B31 Area commencing in September.
We are seeking a passionate and qualified educator who is looking for the consistency, progression, and rewards of a full-time teaching role within a supportive school environment where children’s learning, development, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything.
The successful candidate will be a highly skilled and reflective practitioner, committed to delivering exceptional SEND provision and achieving the very best outcomes for all pupils. As a teacher within the resource base, you will work collaboratively with school staff and the School Improvement Team to deliver an ambitious and bespoke curriculum that successfully meets pupils’ individual needs and enables them to thrive, regardless of their background or circumstances.

The successful candidate will:
- Be committed to achieving the highest standards for all pupils
- Be an inclusive, enthusiastic, and resourceful practitioner
- Demonstrate high-quality teaching and learning strategies
- Have a strong understanding of SEND practices that support excellent pupil outcomes
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive team
The school offers:
- Opportunities to share ideas and contribute to whole-school improvement
- Support for your professional ambitions and career progression
- Collaboration opportunities across a range of schools within the Trust
- The chance to make a genuine difference to the lives of children, many of whom are disadvantaged
- A supportive and experienced Leadership Team
- High-quality resources and a rich learning environment
- Excellent CPD and ongoing professional development opportunities
- Continued support from one of our dedicated consultants
