The successful applicant will be joining a well established branch with a wealth of experience to support you, delivering an effective recruitment service to schools across the London Central region. You will be given support by 4 other consultants and the opportunity to take an already established desk with friendly client schools to new heights and become a leading education recruitment consultant.

Working under the guidance of an experienced manager who continues to acquire business with new clients, you will have a platform to build your knowledge and make a career for yourself at the market leading education agency, whilst also working in a friendly London office which is centrally located to London Bridge Station.

In return we are looking for individuals that demonstrate drive and intelligence to suit their smart working methods which have shown significant success. Knowledge of the sector is not essential as it's about the individual who is learning to learn. However, training will be provided.

Naturally, being a successful consultant in an already competitive market, you will need to stand out form the rest. So having a personality that is disguisable is certainly a requirement.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
