A welcoming and supportive primary school in Hayes is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join their Early Years team from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to nurture and inspire children at the very start of their learning journey.
Role Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning through play.

Track and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records.
-
Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure every child achieves their potential.

Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
-
Experience teaching within the EYFS, particularly Reception.
-
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment methods.
-
Creativity, enthusiasm and a nurturing approach to teaching.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
