Your Role Will Include:

• Delivering a fun, engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum to Reception pupils.

• Creating a safe, warm, and inclusive classroom environment that supports both academic and emotional growth.

• Using play, phonics, and structured routines to support early development.

• Collaborating with TAs, SLT, and families to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

• Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (child workforce) or willingness to apply.

• A genuine passion for EYFS and child development.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, caring approach.

• Creativity, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced classroom setting.
