Are you a recent Psychology graduate looking to start a career within secondary education?

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to register Psychology graduates due to an increase in requirements across a number of our partner secondary schools across the Oldham region. This is an exciting opportunity to gain paid experience within large secondary schools for those considering a career in education or starting a teacher training course in the future.

• Full time roles within secondary schools with immediate starts available
• Role until the end of the academic year in the first instance
• Opportunity to extend placements into the 2019/2020 academic year
• Earn up to £325 per week

Our partner secondary schools are seeking Psychology graduates to support a rage of different students including those who have SEMH needs as well as students who display challenging behaviour. These support roles will vary in style, with some being support students on a 1:1 basis and others being in small group scenarios.

Psychology graduates are proven to be successful in this role, especially supporting students that display challenging behaviour. Due to an increase in the number of permanent and temporary exclusions across the Oldham and Rochdale areas, our client secondary schools are turning to alternative provisions for these students, with the view to keep them within mainstream education.
