Are you a Psychology Graduate looking for a new challenge for September?
Are you looking to make a difference to the learning experience of SEN pupils?
Do you wish to gain valuable experience working in education?
Location: Bristol and Bath
Salary: ÂŁ57 - ÂŁ65 a day
Full time or Part time

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit several Psychology Graduates to work as Teaching Assistant within our specialist primary schools around the Bristol and Bath area. Both to start now and in the new academic year (September 2019).

These roles are perfect for graduates who want to learn what it's like to work within education, or for graduates wanting to gain school experience in order to join onto a PGCE course later down the line. The roles generally involve working 1:1 with individuals who need support within the classroom in order to boost attainment.
Some work may give the TA exposure to supporting SEN pupils with needs such as autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour.

Extensive knowledge of emotional, social and behavioural difficulties, learnt through studying a degree in Psychology is desired in this role, as is experience working with challenging young people. However, if you relish the opportunity of working and making a difference in this field despite lacking relevant experience, then this role could still be suited to you.

If you are enthusiastic and passionate about working in a local primary school and have the ability to positively engage these students, form friendly relationships, and in turn inspire development and progression in them, then we want to hear from you! Day-to-day, you will have the support of the inspirational SENCO that you can utilise to your advantage to help your progression and development in the role.

If you are interested in this role and would like to be considered, please apply via the link.

We also have a range of roles that may interest you, working in local primary schools around Bristol, Bath, North East Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Teaching Personnel have placed many Teacher and Teaching Assistants into temporary-to-permanent opportunities as well as receiving many supply requests if you are seeking more flexible work opportunities.
Please feel free to send across your CV to myself via email -
hope.joy- or call 0117 92000 40 and speak to the our specialist recruitment consultants in our Primary, Secondary & SEN teams.

Alternatively, if you would like one of our specialists to call then please visit our website, where there is an opportunity to register your details.

We look forward to hearing from you.
