Teaching Personnel are recruiting Psychology Graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in supportive school environments. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience, develop your skills working with young people and explore whether teaching is the right career for you.

The Role

• Support pupils across the classroom and during lessons
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support where required
• Use your understanding of psychology to support pupils' learning and development
• Work alongside teachers and support staff
• Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Gain valuable experience before progressing into teacher training

The Ideal Candidate

• A degree in Psychology or a related subject
• A genuine interest in working with children and young people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, supportive and approachable
• Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
