Role and Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to students.
• Utilising your psychology background to understand and address individual learning needs.
• Collaborating with teachers to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitoring and reporting on student progress.
• Contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the school community.

Requirements:

• A degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning and development.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
