Whether you're exploring a career in educational psychology, clinical work, or SEN teaching, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) across a range of specialist settings.

About the Roles:

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of specialist schools and provisions throughout Surrey.
This includes:

  • Special schools, alternative provisions, and inclusive mainstream units

  • Working with students with needs such as ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and more

  • 1:1 and small group support roles

  • Collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and multi-disciplinary teams

  • Opportunities for both full-time and flexible day-to-day supply work

Who We're Looking For:

We welcome applications from psychology graduates who are:

  • Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN

  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient

  • Eager to learn and develop in a supportive environment

  • Experienced in working with children (formally or informally)

  • Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS (or already have one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
