Teaching Personnel are a leading education services provider, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Tutor to join our team. We are committed to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for primary school students, empowering them to achieve academic success and personal growth. As a Primary Tutor, you will play a crucial role in helping students develop their academic skills, build confidence, and cultivate a love for learning. You will work with primary school students to provide personalized instruction, support, and guidance in various subjects.

  • Salary - £20 - £25 per hour 
  • Job Type - Part Time (Temp)

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions for primary school students.
  2. Create and implement tailored lesson plans based on students' individual needs and learning styles.
  3. Assist students in understanding and completing homework assignments.
  4. Identify and address learning gaps through targeted interventions.
  5. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
  6. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress.
  7. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  2. Teaching certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  3. Proven experience in tutoring or teaching primary school students.
  4. Strong knowledge of primary school curriculum and educational methods.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
  7. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
  8. Organizational skills and the ability to create engaging and effective learning materials.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
