A vibrant and welcoming Ofsted-rated GOOD primary school in Oxford is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join its permanent staff team from April 2025. The Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of pupils across the school. Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Supporting individual pupils and small groups with their learning.
• Helping to create a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Encouraging pupils' social and emotional development.
• Providing additional support for pupils with SEND where required.
• Working collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
• A passion for supporting young learners in their development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
