A welcoming and well-established mainstream community Primary School in Preston is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their KS2 team for the full academic year.

The Role:

• Full-time Teaching Assistant position within KS2 (Year 3 or Year 4)
• Supporting the class teacher with learning activities and classroom management
• Encouraging pupil engagement and academic progress
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Working Monday to Friday, 8:40am–3:20pm
• Full academic year placement

The Ideal Candidate:

• Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant classroom experience
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Positive, proactive, and reliable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience within KS2 is desirable but not essential
• Must hold a UK childcare or Teaching Assistant relevant qualification
